खराब अनुभव सपोर्टिंग स्टाफ नहीं बातचीत का तरीका नहीं ग्राहकों की ज़रूरत के हिसाब से कोई सहयोग नहीं l हमें भी रात मे बताने केबाद भी सुबह का breakfast उपलब्ध नहीं कराया l कुल मिलाकर अपने पैसे की बर्बादी

Unskilled staff, no response of calls to reception, dirty rooms, super dirty washroom and most of all when asked for bill they mentioned that their system is not running

I didn’t find my stay pleasant. The location was good however, the service was very poor. The food was not that great. The didn’t have much options in breakfast. The room I received fit the value I paid was not that great. I felt I was overpaid for the room I received.

Not good our stay is very much uncomfortable in century Hotel, even though the hotel is situated heart of the city condition of the room, AC is not working. and also, TV is not working. staff were very cordial, but the operation and maintenance of the room specially AC is pathetic. In order to save electricity for AC consumption, they have made us to sleep whole night without AC.

it's extremely good in all manner, I always prefer to be in the same hotel whenever I come to Pune official or my personal visit to Pune. thank you to all the staff for making customers very comfortable in the required manner. it's very well mentioned property
